Bibilekandura Tea, a family-owned business with a rich heritage in Ceylon tea, approached us to create a digital platform that would authentically represent their brand while connecting with a wider audience. With a focus on heritage, authenticity, and sustainability, the goal was to showcase their artisanal teas and create an engaging online experience.
But as always, we wanted to dig deeper. After a few discussions, we uncovered the hidden goals behind the surface-level objective. They aimed to introduce their brand to the French market as a significant step in their global mission, increase their revenue, raise brand awareness, and position their brand as the tea that can connect people.
